Preferred Mutual is seeking an experienced HR Staffing Specialist to join the growing team. The successful candidate will develop and implement recruiting strategies to ensure acquisition of the most highly qualified talent to address the strategic needs of the organization. The candidate will work closely with the Human Resources Manager, will interact with the internal team at all levels of the organization, and will develop and grow external business relationships with recruiting partners.

The candidate must:
Research, develop, and execute strategic initiatives to recruit top talent in order to strengthen a workforce poised to meet the company's growing needs
Manage full cycle recruiting processes to meet the various staffing goals across all levels of the organization
Build strong business relationships with recruiting sources including external recruiters, colleges, universities, and media
Source and pre-screen candidates using all available recruiting tools, technology, and resources
Work closely with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements are clearly defined, expectations are understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
Act as liaison for candidates by coordinating schedules and assisting with all interview related logistics
Schedule and conduct new employee on-boarding meetings
Remain diligently up to date on all changing HR labor/recruiting-related laws and revise company policies or practices as needed to ensure compliance
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
Perform other related projects as required and assigned

Requirements: The candidate will:
Have a minimum of 5 years' staffing/recruitment experience with a strong understanding of and ability to recruit for positions at all levels of the organization
Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; PHR helpful
Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills to create and implement staffing strategies to meet the current and future talent needs of the organization
Have considerable knowledge of HR strategic principles and practices with a special focus on industry-standard recruiting practices and related legal compliance
Demonstrate the ability to market the organization to prospective employees and business partners through strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
Act with a high degree of professionalism and be able to build trust and gain the confidence and respect of others, both within and outside of Preferred Mutual
Have outstanding multi-tasking, problem solving, and decision making skills with the ability to complete difficult assignments in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Have computer proficiency with strong familiarity of internet recruiting and applicant tracking technology

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
